Escan, one of the QuickFile Standard Applications, is developed on top of the QuickFile API which communicates to the DSS in a uniform way.
Escan converts paper to electronic documents.
Scanning options depend on the hardware used. Escan runs on Microsoft Windows™ and supports any production scanner that has a ISIS driver.
To allow better scanning, images are enhanced during the scanning process.
