WebIndex

Using WebIndex, end-users can collect meta-data and information from electronic and/or scanned documents to speed up later retrieval of information. Meta-information is available for in-house applications using the QF Gateway.

Posting methods to the Indexer

• Automatic via Escan
• Automatic via AutoIndexer, a customizable XML-based indexing-application part of QuickFile that can be used to integrate with existing backoffice systems
• Manually from a local or network drive. Although WebIndex can index and store any type of media file, visualization capabilities depend on available file-viewers installed on a client.
